Hi Shamim, and all that have queries over being plus sized and wearing a pencil skirt. In my opinion shamim you are not a plus sized. To me you look like a size 12.. which is a very good size for a woman. Anyway back to your question?? Ofcourse plus sized women can wear pencil skirt, infact it looks even better on a shapely woman. There is a limit ofcourse. Why don't you try it..then send me a picture of yourself on soth1310@hotmail.co.uk and I will tell you if it's best to tuck the top in or not as shown below...
This looks great if you have a flat stomach ofcourse..no matter what size you are!!
If you would like to still wear your pencil skirt, but cover up a bit... why not wear a longer top like this. It would still look good
I wore a similar top...with a pencil skirt and it worked well. Unfortunately, i don't have a picture that shows the full effect so ..that's all!!

Sometimes it's just the way you pair things...kama una mahips or umejaaliwa na shapu ya namba nane na unataka kuvaa pencil skirt lakini ukivaa kitop ambacho kina cover kikolower, yaani kirefu kidogo kenye mkato kama huo hapo juu, itapunguza muonekano wa hips kuwa kubwa na vingine vyote. ila unajua pia You have got to be comfortable...Unaweza ukapendeza lakini hauko comfortable in that case don't bother there are styles!!
